budget. Many benefits are company-paid. For others, we share in the cost or offer a group
discount.

 

When you join Aon, you and your eligible family members get coverage right away
under the following health plans and programs:

• Medical

  You can select medical (and prescription drug) coverage through a Corporate Exchange
  approach that offers four types of plans and a choice among at least two insurance
  providers. All plans provide full—or 100%—coverage for in-network preventive care for
  you and your covered dependents.




• Dental

  Your dental plan options include a basic and comprehensive dental preferred provider
  organization (PPO) plan and a dental maintenance organization (DMO) plan. All three
  plans provide benefits to help you and any covered family members maintain good dental
  health.




• Vision

  Your vision plan options include a basic and comprehensive plan. Both plans cover
  routine vision exams. The comprehensive plan provides enhanced coverage for lenses,
  frames and contact lenses.




• Health Care Flexible Spending Account

  This plan enables you to set aside money on a before tax basis to pay for eligible health-
  related expenses not covered by medical, dental, or vision plans.




• On-Site Wellness Center

• Aon has a confidential on-site health clinic and pharmacy at our Lincolnshire, Illinois,
  Orlando, Florida, Charlotte, North Carolina and The Woodlands, Texas locations.
